Dr.Nsombi Jaja, CEO, is a Quality Management Consultant with a proven track record in implementing Quality Management systems in a wide range of organizations throughout the Caribbean and South Florida.
Nsombi received her training in quality through two fellowship awards from UNIDO and the Government of Japan and one fellowship award from the Government of Sweden. These fellowships funded courses of study in practical work as well as exposure and application of the Japanese system of Quality Control and Quality Management in Japan and Malaysia. Foundation training in Quality Management was provided by the Juran Institute Inc. USA. She has served as presenter and moderator on several Juran Institute’s conferences. She has been rated by Joe DeFeo, CEO of Juran Institute as being on par with any member of the ‘A’ list of Juran Institute’s consultants.
Nsombi holds a BS. in Pure and Applied Chemistry from the University of the West Indies (U.W.I.), the M.B.A. from U.W.I. – Cave Hill and the Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from the University of Phoenix. Her dissertation focused on Spiritual Intelligence and Leadership. She is a coach with training from NTL and International Coaching and Training Institute.
Primarily working in the field of Quality, Productivity & Customer Service since 1977, Dr. Jaja assists business enterprises in Jamaica and the Caribbean Region in developing and implementing company-wide management systems. She is currently the Managing Director and Consultant of Quality Management Consultancy Company Limited and President of QMC Inc. USA
